This winter, our iconic rooftop is being transformed into an Avant-Garden for our new weekend fave. Think a mix of eco-loft, rooftop party and a breakfast feast – all in the one. Drinks are bottomless 11am-1pm served with the brunch platter dreams are made of.
In partnership with our pals at Melbourne Rooftop Honey and Wild Turkey American Honey, we have whipped up a honey-inspired cocktail menu that is to-die-for with everything from Hot Toddies, Honey and Kombucha Iced Tea to our take on a John Collins.
Like a little something extra? Our garnish wall is luscious and waiting for you, trim and top your drinks as you please!
The food you ask? This is where it gets even better. With a mix of savoury and sweet, it is safe to say our contemporary take on farm-to-table brunch just got funky.
Our chef has created an American-style brunch menu to hero the best of this season’s local harvest. We’re on a mission to boost sustainability so all produce is locally sourced exclusively from the Victoria – reducing our carbon emissions!
